As an Assistant Nurse Manager RN, L&D, you will assist in implementing evidence-based practice models, patient care delivery systems, and practice standards across multiple locations. You will also play a key role in investigating and resolving patient or family concerns related to care and services, collaborating with physicians and other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role requires effective allocation of resources, supervision of equipment and medication management, and support in creating a safe environment for both patients and staff.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License (California required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery, with L&D acute care experience.
- At least one year in a leadership role (charge nurse, preceptor, or educator preferred).
- Associate’s degree in Nursing, Business, Health Care, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Permanent US work authorization required.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with demonstrated team-building ability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Nursing Practice Act and The Joint Commission standards.
- Experience with quality and safety initiatives, strategic planning, and project management.
