- Oversee inventory management by reviewing, maintaining, and replenishing all necessary supplies and banking needs.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to optimize team performance and meet business demands.
- Supervise daily operations, including event logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company guidelines.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards in accordance with local health regulations and company policies.
- Assist with ordering supplies, communicating with vendors, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report maintenance or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and reducing downtime.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven record of motivating and developing team members.
- Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a high-energy setting.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and variable shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
- Basic math and computer proficiency to support daily operations and reporting.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfort working in variable weather and temperature conditions, particularly in food truck settings.
- Safe operation of kitchen equipment as required for daily duties.
