Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage and supervise all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, food and beverage quality, and financial tracking
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with all local health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and implement cost controls to maintain quality and profitability
- Enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency, including effective table turnover and timely food preparation
- Address guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally, striving to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Work with the General Manager to analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or similar leadership role within a casual dining or full-service restaurant
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis
