The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all restaurant operations. Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM ensures exceptional guest experiences, a motivated workforce, and the achievement of financial and operational goals. Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, guest service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
- Uphold and enforce standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with all relevant local regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee supply ordering, and control costs while ensuring the availability of quality ingredients and supplies.
- Implement operational procedures and drive policies that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maximize productivity, such as improving table turnover and ensuring prompt food preparation.
- Monitor guest feedback, address customer issues promptly and professionally, and strive continuously to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and putting corrective actions in place as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or a comparable role in the casual dining or full-service restaurant industry
