Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, encompassing staffing, customer service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated restaurant team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and optimize costs to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies
- Implement and enforce operational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and strive to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
- Review financial reports and budgets with the General Manager, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Assistant General Manager or similar supervisory role within the casual dining or full-service restaurant industry
