Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Summary
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant professionals

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, guest service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation to ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and optimize costs while ensuring the availability of premium ingredients and supplies
- Implement, enforce, and refine operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency, including effective table turnover and timely food preparation
- Address guest feedback, resolve concerns professionally, and strive to exceed expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work with the General Manager to analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Assistant General Manager (AGM) role within a casual dining or full-service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing diverse teams
