Asset Management Analyst – ERP (CAPPS/PeopleSoft) Summary
- Supports the CAPPS Program’s asset management modules within a large-scale ERP system.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft FSCM Asset Management version 9.2.
- Provides functional and technical assistance, focusing on configuration, integration, compliance, and user support.
- Engages in high-level consultative services, business process optimization, and project leadership.
- Acts as a key liaison between business operations and IT teams for asset management solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced consultative services and functional support for the CAPPS Asset Management module.
- Lead efforts in configuration, testing, and deployment of asset management enhancements and updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues related to asset management.
- Assist in release management and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate integrations with other ERP modules (such as Finance and HR) and ensure robust data flow and compliance.
- Provide user training and develop documentation to support end users and business processes.
- Participate in policy compliance assessments and contribute to audit readiness.
- Provide oversight for batch job execution, including tools such as Run My Jobs (RMJ).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2, particularly in Asset Management (AM).
- Strong technical skills in App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, and related tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of system configuration, integration, and batch job oversight (e.g., RMJ).
- In-depth understanding of relevant state policies and regulations, especially as they pertain to asset management in the public sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical information clearly.
