Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor storage sheds, wheelbarrows, and related items on-site at retail stores
- Ensure each product build is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Use personal tools and equipment to perform assemblies according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate with store personnel as needed to coordinate assembly tasks
- Capture and upload photos, scan barcodes, and manage invoicing via a mobile app
- Maintain a punctual and reliable presence at scheduled job sites
- Follow all company and retailer safety protocols during assembly
- Demonstrate attention to detail and quality workmanship for every build
- Adapt to daily changes in assignments and product types, providing variety in your workday

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift over 50 lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly
- Dependable personal transportation to job sites
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for app-based tasks
- Ownership of required tools, including 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new assembly techniques
