Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products including but not limited to grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all products are assembled safely, correctly, and efficiently.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app, including taking photos and scanning items.
- Transport yourself and your tools reliably to assigned retail locations.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company support as needed.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled assignments.
- Provide quality workmanship and consistent results to maintain customer and client satisfaction.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during assembly tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and handle large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assignments.
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and app use.
- Possess personal hand tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter or utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with a readiness to learn and adapt.
