Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide variety of retail products, including but not limited to grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bikes.
- Ensure all assemblies are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Use personal hand and power tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Operate a smartphone with a working camera for the purpose of taking photos, scanning products, and invoicing through the company’s mobile application.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working inside retail locations and interacting with store personnel.
- Meet and exceed productivity targets by efficiently building products and demonstrating consistent reliability and punctuality.
- Self-manage your work schedule using the company’s self-scheduling system to block availability and select assignments that suit your preferences.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times during assembly projects.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to physically lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assemblies safely.
- Reliable personal transportation to access multiple retail locations as needed.
- Smartphone with a fully functioning camera for documentation and mobile app usage.
- Ownership of required hand and power tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
