As the largest in-store assembly company in the country, we provide assembly services for merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and much more, directly inside major retail locations. Our team ensures that each product is expertly assembled for customers, contributing to an exceptional in-store experience and high-quality finished products.
As an Assembly Technician, you will benefit from a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for assembling a variety of large and small products, including but not limited to outdoor power equipment, storage sheds, wheelbarrows, and furniture sets. Assembly Technician - Summary- Perform in-store assembly of grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor power equipment, storage sheds, and other large-item retail products.
- Work directly in major retail locations, contributing to customer satisfaction and store presentation.
- Enjoy flexible self-scheduling, allowing you to manage your days and hours according to your availability.

- Assemble a variety of retail products efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer instructions and company quality standards.
- Complete daily assignments in a timely manner, ensuring all products are securely and properly put together.
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via company app.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within retail stores.
- Consistently demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at job sites.
- Exhibit reliability by fulfilling all assigned tasks and never missing scheduled shifts.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting or exceeding assembly targets and deadlines.
- Performance-based pay structure with weekly direct deposit.
