Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of merchandise including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, bikes, and similar large items
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines for each product
- Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency in all assemblies
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete builds
- Submit required documentation and photos using a smartphone application
- Travel to assigned retail locations as needed
- Check in on time at each job site and complete assigned builds on schedule
- Continuously improve assembly speed and quality to maximize earning potential
- Adhere to all company and store policies regarding safety and conduct

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift and assemble items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to store locations
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing
- Possess your own set of tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- No formal assembly experience required, but must be mechanically inclined and ready to work
