Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, and outdoor storage sheds in retail store environments
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality workmanship
- Use your own basic hand and power tools, including cordless drills, sockets, screwdrivers, and more
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Self-manage your schedule and availability through an online system
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and reliability to maximize commission rates
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed
Salary & Benefits
- Piece-rate pay system with average earnings of $20/hr; top performers can earn more with no cap on commissions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to retail store locations
- Smartphone with camera functionality for work documentation
- Ownership of essential hand and power tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Ability to follow assembly instructions, maintain attention to detail, and produce quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new products and assembly methods
