To excel as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all requirements, including being at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly, and possessing reliable personal transportation. A smartphone with a functioning camera is essential for documentation and invoicing via our proprietary app. You will also need your own set of tools, including (but not limited to) an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet. While no formal assembly experience is required, candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to follow assembly instructions accurately, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety on every job.
