Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, outdoor equipment, patio furniture, storage sheds, and bikes onsite in retail stores
- Ensure all products are built correctly, efficiently, and safely, following provided instructions and store requirements
- Use personal hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Document completed work via smartphone (photos, scanning, invoicing in company app)
- Report to assigned retail locations and check in on time for each scheduled shift
- Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company and store safety guidelines at all times
- Manage your own schedule and availability through the company system
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company support team as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between store locations as needed
- Ownership of essential tools (preferred: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, rubber mallet)
- Smartphone with camera functionality for work documentation and app usage
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow assembly instructions
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety
