Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail products (BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and more) accurately and efficiently.
- Use personal tools (e.g., cordless impact driver, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet) to complete assembly tasks.
- Submit required documentation and photos using a smartphone app for invoicing and job tracking.
- Adhere to all company and store safety guidelines during assembly processes.
- Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship and attention to detail for all assembled products.
- Arrive at job sites on time and complete assigned assemblies within specified timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with store staff and company representatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs and handling large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.
- Owns a complete set of assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Has a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and app use.
- Mechanically inclined with an ability to interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
