Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products including BBQ grills, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, bicycles, and more within retail store locations
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure quality builds
- Use personal tools such as cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company support teams
- Ensure all assembled products meet company and client standards before presentation
- Prioritize efficiency and quality to maximize earnings and customer satisfaction
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based pay structure with average earnings of $20 per hour and potential for top performers to earn up to $60 per hour equivalent

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel to retail store locations
- Smartphone equipped with a functional camera for required documentation
- Possession of necessary assembly tools including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Readiness to work independently and efficiently in a retail environment
