Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products according to manufacturer specifications within store environments.
- Ensure timely completion of each assembly project, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Utilize personal tools and a smartphone app for documentation, scanning, and invoicing of assignments.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and maintain professionalism while on site.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing assigned work efficiently.
- Handle and lift merchandise weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly during assembly tasks.
- Adapt to different assembly assignments and products as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for the Assembly Technician role.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation is required for traveling between assignments.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a functional camera for use in our company app (photos, scanning, invoicing).
- Must supply your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
