This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

As an Assembly Technician, you will join a leading team recognized as the largest in-store assembly provider in the nation. The company emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, rewarding top-performing contractors with increased earning potential based on the volume and quality of completed assemblies. One of the benefits of joining as an Assembly Technician is the ability to self-schedule your workdays and hours, providing flexibility and the opportunity to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively. Technicians are compensated on a weekly basis, with automated percentage increases that reward punctuality, high output, and consistent quality. Reliable, fast, and quality-focused technicians are given priority access to more assignments and higher-volume stores, maximizing both earning and career growth potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products to manufacturer specifications, ensuring all builds meet quality and safety standards. You will need to document your work using a smartphone app for scanning, invoicing, and photo verification, so proficiency with mobile technology is essential. Your own set of assembly tools is required, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, utility knives, and a rubber mallet.
