Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, sheds, bicycles, and more according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all assembly work meets quality and safety standards.
- Check in on time at assigned retail locations, documenting work using a smartphone app for scanning, photos, and invoicing.
- Transport tools and assembled products as needed using reliable personal transportation.
- Communicate professionally with store staff and company representatives to coordinate assembly assignments.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
- Work efficiently to maximize completed assignments and earning potential.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines while on site.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform large-item assembly tasks.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation.
- Owns a smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation and communication.
- Has personal tools required for assembly work: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet.
- No formal experience required, but mechanical aptitude is necessary.
