Are you a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys building and assembling products? We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. As the nation’s leading provider of in-store assembly services, we specialize in assembling a wide variety of high-demand retail products directly at major retail locations. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on-site in stores, assembling items such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, bikes, outdoor storage sheds, and similar large merchandise.

As an Assembly Technician, you will have the flexibility to self-schedule, allowing you to control your own workdays and hours. This role rewards productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. Top performers have the potential to significantly increase their earnings by assembling products promptly and correctly. You will be compensated based on the volume of items you assemble, with no cap on your earning potential. The more efficiently and accurately you work, the more you can earn. Our company values technicians who are reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high quality and safety standards in every assembly project.

Working as an Assembly Technician provides an engaging and dynamic work environment. No two days are ever exactly the same, and you will have the chance to work in stores you may already visit regularly. You will also benefit from weekly pay and automated performance-based pay increases. High-performing technicians are given priority access to more assignments and higher-volume retail locations, further increasing your potential for success. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, appreciate autonomy, and are looking for a role that rewards hustle and reliability.

This opportunity is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals ready to take on the challenge of assembling various products. While formal experience is not required, you must possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately. You will need to supply your own set of tools, which typically includes an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen and hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet. Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone with a working camera are also required, as you will need to check in at job sites, document assemblies, and manage invoicing through our app.

Technicians who demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and consistent quality workmanship are rewarded with higher commission rates and more job assignments. Our company is committed to providing equal opportunity for all applicants and complies fully with all EEOC guidelines. We believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where dedication and hard work are recognized and rewarded.
