- Work on-site in major retail locations, building a diverse range of items such as grills, furniture, and equipment.

- Document completed assemblies using a company-provided app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and adhere to all safety and store policies.
- Maintain a punctual and reliable schedule, checking in on time for assignments.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and app usage.
- Possess a personal set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
- No formal experience required, but a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential.
- Dependable and punctual, with a proven track record of showing up on time and completing assignments as scheduled.
- Physically fit and capable of handling repetitive lifting and assembly of large items.
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule through a self-service system.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality assembly work.
