Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products, including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor furniture, and more, inside major stores.
- Ensure all assembled products meet company and manufacturer quality standards.
- Use personal tools and follow assembly instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Document completed assemblies using a company-provided app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and adhere to all safety and store policies.
- Maintain a punctual and reliable schedule, checking in on time for assignments.
- Demonstrate speed and quality workmanship to maximize performance-based earnings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and app usage.
- Possess a personal set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
- No formal experience required, but a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential.
