All work is performed in-store, ensuring customers receive fully assembled, ready-to-use products. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Expertly assemble merchandise such as BBQ grills, bicycles, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, and storage sheds within retail environments
- Follow assembly instructions and product manuals to ensure all products are built safely and accurately
- Utilize required tools, including a cordless impact driver/drill, sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through company-provided apps
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and dependability, checking in on time at each job site
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and adhere to all safety guidelines and store policies
- Ensure work areas are kept safe and tidy throughout the assembly process

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly tasks
- Reliable personal transportation required to travel to retail locations
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app use
- Ownership of basic hand tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined, with the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
