- Ownership of required tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working independently
