As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling various high-demand retail products in major retail environments. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble and install a wide range of large-item merchandise in retail stores following manufacturer instructions and company guidelines.
- Ensure all builds meet safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management as needed.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments.
- Use your own tools, including power drivers, sockets, wrenches, and other hand tools.
- Consistently lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs.
- Adapt to a variety of assembly tasks and locations each day.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assignments.
- Smartphone with camera for job-related documentation and communication.
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- No formal experience required, but mechanical aptitude is essential.
