Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio sets, wheelbarrows, bikes, and outdoor storage sheds in retail environments.
- Ensure all products are built accurately, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time and meeting all project deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in every assembly project.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company supervisors as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift and handle items weighing over 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation for travel to and from store locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication via the company app.
- Own set of assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Serious, professional approach to contracted work assignments.
