- Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to ensure all merchandise is constructed to company and store standards.
- Use personal tools and equipment, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Check in and out of job sites using a smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through our proprietary app.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring completed assemblies are safe, durable, and visually appealing.
- Meet daily and weekly assembly targets to maximize performance-based pay rates.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic to qualify for priority assignments and increased compensation.
- Communicate professionally with store staff and company support teams as needed.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to various retail locations.
