Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, furniture, sheds, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools and equipment to complete assemblies, ensuring each item meets quality expectations.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing purposes.
- Arrive at job locations punctually and maintain a professional demeanor with store staff and customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines during assembly tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Possess reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites as required.
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication via the company app.
- Have personal tools, preferably including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality workmanship.
