- Use personal tools and a smartphone app for invoicing, product tracking, and photo documentation.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time to job sites, which may result in increased commission rates.
- Maintain high standards of speed and quality to maximize earning potential.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and M&C Assemblies management as needed.
- Performance-based pay with average earnings around $20/hr, and potential for higher earnings based on efficiency and accuracy.
- No cap on earnings for top-performing technicians.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to job sites.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for use with the company app (photos, scanning, invoicing).
- Ownership of required tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and assignments independently.
- Adaptable to new tasks and able to quickly learn assembly processes for a range of products.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all assembled products meet safety and quality standards.
