As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling items such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and various other large-scale products. Assembly Technician - Summary- Hands-on assembly of retail products in major stores

- Assemble a variety of retail products (e.g., grills, bikes, outdoor equipment, patio furniture, storage sheds) on-site at major retail locations
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure accurate, safe, and timely completion of projects
- Utilize personal tools, including an impact driver or drill, sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Document completed work via smartphone (photos, scanning, invoicing through company app)
- Maintain high standards of punctuality, reliability, and professionalism when representing the company in retail environments
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company support to resolve any assembly challenges or product issues
- Adhere to assigned schedules and complete a set number of builds per shift as directed

- Ownership of specified hand and power tools (including cordless impact driver or drill, socket and hex sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet)
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic; formal experience is not required
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Highly reliable with a strong sense of punctuality and professionalism
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable to new products and procedures, with a commitment to learning and improvement
