Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a range of retail products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and similar items in-store.
- Follow assembly instructions and company guidelines to ensure safe and accurate builds.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and meet deadlines for each project.
- Utilize a personal set of tools including impact drivers, metric sockets, Allen/hex sets, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, utility knives, and mallets.
- Use a smartphone app for job tracking, invoicing, and documenting completed work.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time and consistently completing assignments as scheduled.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company support teams as needed.
