Assembly Technician - Summary- Perform on-site assembly of a variety of large retail merchandise including grills, lawn equipment, furniture, bikes, and more

- Assemble retail products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, wheelbarrows, sheds, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including cordless impact drivers or drills, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets
- Use a smartphone with a camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s application
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring completed assemblies meet quality standards and are safe for customer use
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at each location and efficiently managing workflow to maximize assignments
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company supervisors as needed
- Consistently adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting and handling items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites as required
- Ownership of a smartphone equipped with a working camera for documentation and communication purposes
- Possession of essential assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
- Enjoys hands-on mechanical work and solving assembly challenges
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and new projects
