- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone with a working camera
- Ownership of essential assembly tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality workmanship
