- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Smartphone with working camera for job documentation and app use
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
