In this full-time or contractor Assembly Technician opportunity, you will assemble high-demand products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles. To qualify as an Assembly Technician, you must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly, and able to manage the assembly of large retail products. Reliable personal transportation is essential for traveling between job sites. You must have a smartphone equipped with a working camera, as technology is used extensively for job check-ins, scanning, invoicing, and submitting photos via the company’s proprietary app. Possession of your own tools is required, with a strong preference for an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, several screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
While previous experience in assembly or a related field is not mandatory, you must possess a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure products are assembled accurately and safely. M&C Assembly Technicians who consistently demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and high-quality workmanship not only earn higher commission rates but also receive more assignments, access to better store locations, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
