Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, outdoor equipment, patio furniture, and bicycles in retail store environments
- Ensure all merchandise is assembled safely, accurately, and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications
- Use personal tools, including cordless drills, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, utility knives, and rubber mallets
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via the company app
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by checking in on time and maintaining consistent quality in all assignments
- Work independently and occasionally interact with store personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and store policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly
- Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing
- Have a complete set of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet
- Strong mechanical aptitude; no formal experience required
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and delivering high-quality work
