To be successful as an Assembly Technician, candidates must meet all job requirements, including being at least 18 years old, possessing reliable personal transportation, and owning a smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing. Candidates must bring their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
This role offers weekly pay and a commission-based structure that rewards punctuality, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.
