As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that large-item retail products are expertly assembled and ready for customers. The role centers on assembling items such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, bikes, wheelbarrows, and outdoor storage sheds. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large-item retail products according to manufacturer specifications and store requirements.
- Ensure all assembled merchandise meets safety and quality standards.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone, including taking photos and scanning items as needed.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel to coordinate assembly activities and resolve any issues.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by consistently checking in on time for scheduled assignments.
- Use personal hand and power tools to efficiently complete assembly tasks.
- Lift and maneuver products weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the assembly process.
- Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the work shift.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail store locations as needed.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for documentation and invoicing via company app.
- Ownership of assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Mechanically inclined with a focus on accuracy and quality workmanship.
