A smartphone with a functioning camera is required for job documentation, scanning, and completing invoicing through M&C's proprietary app. Candidates must also supply their own set of tools, with a strong preference for an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen and hex bit sets, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
