As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that a range of consumer products are correctly and efficiently assembled for retail display and customer purchase. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products are correctly assembled and safe for use.
- Use personal tools and company app to track assignments, scan barcodes, and submit photos for invoicing and quality assurance.
- Arrive punctually at scheduled assignments and complete assemblies efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company supervisors regarding job progress and completion.
- Handle and transport assembled items as needed within the retail environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to repeatedly lift items weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
- Smartphone with working camera for app-based communication, photo documentation, and invoicing.
- Personal set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to quality work.
