This full-time opportunity is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who excel in hands-on work, are committed to quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With this position, you can take pride in building products that consumers use every day, from BBQ grills and lawn mowers to patio furniture, bikes, and outdoor storage sheds.

Our company is recognized as a leader in the in-store assembly industry, with a reputation for offering flexible schedules and rewarding top performers. As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble merchandise efficiently, accurately, and on schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction and store readiness. The more units you assemble with speed and attention to detail, the more you can earn, with top performers achieving significant earning potential. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to take control of their workdays while being rewarded for their dedication and productivity.

Enjoy the flexibility to self-manage your schedule, working in stores that you already know and shop at. Reliable and punctual technicians receive priority access to higher-volume assignments, providing even greater opportunities for success.

Assembly Technicians are expected to be serious, hard-working contractors who are physically capable of handling large-item assembly. You must be able to repeatedly lift items weighing over 50 pounds and have the stamina to work on your feet throughout the day. Dependable personal transportation and a smartphone equipped with a working camera are required for job site check-in, product scanning, and invoicing through our dedicated app. You will also need your own toolkit, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.

We reward punctuality, reliability, and the ability to deliver quality workmanship at speed. Those who consistently show up on time, maintain a high level of reliability, and demonstrate superior assembly skills will benefit from higher commission rates, more frequent assignments, and the chance to work in premium retail locations. No formal assembly experience is required, but you must be mechanically inclined and ready to learn. Our team values individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges each day.
