Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and assembling products? We are seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as an Assembly Technician. As the largest in-store assembly company in the nation, we partner with major retail stores to provide professional assembly services for high-demand consumer goods. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, bikes, and other large retail merchandise are expertly assembled and ready for customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are self-driven, reliable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will have the flexibility to self-schedule your work, giving you significant control over your days and hours. You will be paid weekly and have the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your efficiency, reliability, and quality of work. There is no cap on your earning potential: the more you assemble correctly and efficiently, the more you earn.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to retail locations and assembling a variety of large-item products according to manufacturer specifications. Your work will help ensure that customers have a positive experience with their newly purchased items, and your attention to detail will contribute to the reputation of our assembly services. You will also benefit from working in an environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

We are looking for serious candidates who meet all requirements and are ready to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship. If you are punctual, dependable, and take pride in your work, you will have access to priority assignments and high-volume store opportunities. We reward technicians who demonstrate speed, reliability, and quality in their assembly work with increased commission rates and more job opportunities.

All Assembly Technicians must have their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet. Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone with a working camera are also essential for this role, as you will use our app for scanning, invoicing, and submitting photos of completed work. You must be physically able to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout your shift.

This position does not require formal assembly experience, but you must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn. If you are ready to take control of your schedule, earn competitive pay, and work in a dynamic environment assembling products that people use every day, this could be the perfect role for you.
