- Maintain an organized and safe work environment inside retail locations
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and customers as needed
- Adhere to company standards for punctuality, speed, and quality workmanship
- Self-manage daily schedule and availability for assignments

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
- Smartphone with a functional camera for app-based documentation
- Personal set of assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
