Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, and have reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for photo documentation, scanning, and invoicing through M&C’s app. Additionally, you must bring your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
