As an Assembly Technician, your primary role will involve assembling products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and similar large items. You will ensure that each assembly is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely within the retail store environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-starters, enjoy working independently, and are capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly, and possess reliable personal transportation to travel between assignments. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for job documentation, invoicing, and communication through our proprietary app. Additionally, you must provide your own set of standard assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet.
