This full-time opportunity offers flexibility, performance-based earnings, and the chance to work with a variety of products in a dynamic environment.

As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large items directly in retail stores. You must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly and comfortably handle large-item assembly. Reliable personal transportation is required, as you will travel to various retail locations. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for job-related tasks such as scanning and invoicing. Technicians must also have their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.

We value punctuality and reliability in our team members. Technicians who consistently check in on time and complete assignments efficiently are rewarded with higher commission rates and priority access to the best stores and assignments. Compensation is based on the number of pieces assembled, enabling high performers to significantly increase their earnings.
