Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, sheds, and similar items on-site at retail locations
- Use your own tools to complete assignments efficiently and accurately
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Document completed work using a smartphone application for invoicing and verification
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments
- Communicate professionally with store staff and M&C Assemblies management
- Adapt to various store environments and assembly challenges
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based compensation, with average earnings of $20/hr and top performers reaching up to the equivalent of $60/hr

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation
- Have a set of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with a commitment to quality workmanship
- No formal assembly experience required
