As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail items. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, bicycles, patio furniture, storage sheds, and other large items in-store.
- Ensure all items are built accurately, safely, and to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a high level of quality and speed while assembling products.
- Use personal tools including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Report completed work through a smartphone app, including scanning, photographing, and invoicing as required.
- Check in on time at assigned locations and adhere to all company and retail partner protocols.
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with store staff and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the retail environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs and handling large items.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for app-based reporting.
- Personal hand and power tools as specified above.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
