Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and similar merchandise inside retail stores
- Follow manufacturer assembly instructions and safety guidelines for all products
- Use personal tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety standards before completion
- Arrive on time for each assignment and communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the store during and after assembly

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Ability to handle and assemble large merchandise items
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between store locations
- Smartphone with working camera required for job documentation and communication
- Ownership of required tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined mindset with attention to detail and safety
