- Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety standards before completion
- Arrive on time for each assignment and communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators

- Ownership of required tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined mindset with attention to detail and safety
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as a contractor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Adaptable to different assembly environments and product types
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, with the ability to manage self-scheduling and multiple assignments
- No formal assembly or technical experience required, but mechanical aptitude is essential
