- Consistently deliver high-quality work to earn additional assignments and increased commission rates

- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
- Mechanically inclined and experienced in hands-on assembly work
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
