Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large retail products including BBQ grills, patio furniture, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, lawn mowers, and outdoor power equipment
- Ensure all products are safely and correctly assembled following manufacturer instructions and company guidelines
- Document completed assemblies using smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the retail environment
- Communicate effectively with store staff and, when necessary, with customers
- Adhere to punctuality and reliability standards, including on-time check-ins at job sites
- Consistently deliver high-quality work to earn additional assignments and increased commission rates

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting and handling items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites
- Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and communication
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
